Static QR codes cannot be edited

Static QR codes are permanent. If a link breaks, changes, or you need scan tracking, you'll have to reprint every sticker.

Hundreds of QR codes in one batch

Make hundreds of QR codes at once for retail inventory, direct mail, or events.

CSV upload

Export your links from Excel or Google Sheets as a CSV. Upload it here and get up to 100 styled QR codes in one click.

Ready for label sheets

Every code comes out as a high-resolution PNG named by row and label, so filling an Avery label template takes minutes.

One ZIP download

Download every code in one ZIP file. Each file is named after its row label, so they're easy to sort.

How to Format Your CSV File

Set up your spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with two columns:

  • Column A (Required): The raw data or URL (e.g. https://mycafe.com/menu).
  • Column B (Optional): A label to identify the code (e.g. Table 5 Menu).
  • Important: Do not include header rows (like "URL, Label") in your CSV file. Save or export it as a .csv file.

Printing tips

How to get your label sheet to line up with standard Avery templates.

Print Margin Settings

When the print dialog opens, set the margins to None or Default. Do not use 'Fit to Page' scaling or your labels will shift out of alignment.

Enable Background Graphics

Turn Background Graphics on so the background colors and cut lines print.

Test Print First

Before you use expensive label paper, print a test page on plain A4. Hold it against the sticker sheet in front of a light to check the alignment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about making QR codes in bulk.

How do I upload multiple links to the generator?

Use the Manual List tab to paste URLs (one per line), or the CSV Upload tab to drop in a spreadsheet saved as .csv.

Are these generated QR codes free for commercial print?

Yes. The bulk codes are standard static codes. They don't expire, have no scan limits, and you can use them free on commercial packaging, labels, menus, or billboards.

What is the risk of using static QR codes for large prints?

A static code stores the link inside the pattern itself. If the link is broken, has a typo, or changes later, the printed code stops working for good. Dynamic QR codes let you change the destination anytime without reprinting.

Can I customize the dot and corner square patterns in bulk?

Yes. The control panel has presets for the dots (rounded, classy, smooth dots) and the corner eyes (circle, rounded, square). Whatever style you pick applies to every code in the batch right away.
